Warriors Flying Back After ‘Bombing’ Malawi
14 June 2015
The Zimbabwean Warriors are flying back to Harare after teaching Malawi a lesson on their soil “ball-bombing” them.
The team beat Malawi 2 – 1 in the African Cup qualifier match.
They had travelled to the nation on road after striking, refusing to board a plane as their allowances had not been paid. But they are now returning to Harare following their win by air.
ZIFA spokesperson Xolisani Gwesela told ZimEye.com the team is returning by air.
“Yes, the return tickets are there,” he said. Click here to READ MORE – Zimbabwe Beats Malawi
