Terrence Mawawa, Masvingo| A Chiredzi based transport operator has filed a police report alleging that a group of rogue soldiers attacked members of his bus crew.

Police in Chiredzi confirmed that Machipisa Chiwara the owner of Chiwara Transport filed a report last week indicating unruly soldiers attacked members of a Chiredzi bound bus crew and the passengers on board.

“We have received information about soldiers who harassed members of a Chiredzi bound bus crew last week.

Several passengers were injured during the same incident,” said police spokesperson Inspector Charity Mazula.
