By A Correspondent| Reports coming out of Kariba allege that a haulage truck has caught fire while on the road. The full details were sketchy at the time of printing but meanwhile, below was a post on the development:

This truck got burnt to ashes on Friday, 20km out of #Kariba. The driver could not phone for any assistance – there is no network for the greater part of the Kariba-Makuti Rd. Had it been at night, the driver would have been devoured by wild animals. Give us network, please. pic.twitter.com/mHXWjgyi3Q
