Terrence Mawawa|The country’s main opposition party, MDC A has unrolled a massive development programme for the city of Harare.

Kuwadzana East MP Charlton Hwende yesterday said Parliamentarians were working closely with Harare Mayor Herbert Gomba to facilitate development initiatives in the sunshine city.

“We are now working together with the Mayor and his Harare City Council staff to ensure that our library in Kuwadzana East is completed this month.

We will be pioneering the e-library
concept in a high density location and I am

working on providing free wifi to the students,” said Hwende.
