By Paul Nyathi|ZimEye.com readers have sent in yet to be confirmed reports that the government is tracking all citizens who turned to use Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access social media last week when government disconnected internet access in the country.

According to the readers, they have been receiving messages ordering them to report to the police and surrender their passports on charges of illegally accessing the internet when the government had disconnected them.
