Farai Dziva|Deputy Information Minister Energy Mutodi has accused “social media malcontents” of spreading falsehoods to create disharmony in the country.
Mutodi urged the nation to ignore reports of fuel price hikes being circulated on social media platforms.
” FUEL PRICES TO REMAIN UNCHANGED: You are hereby informed that current fuel prices are competitive and will remain in place for a long time.
Messages circulating on social media on fuel price hikes are malicious and meant to cause alarm and despondency,” Mutodi wrote on his official twitter handle.
