A VW Amarok twin cab fell into a trench dug and left unmarked by the City Council in Harare’s Highfield road near Delta.

The driver was definitely intoxicated with either beer or weed
Surely you cannot blame the council for the poor driving of the car. The heaps of soil clearly show that there is a trench. The trench is not across the road. Why did the driver leave the road and end up in the trench? People with no licences should not drive. That is one thing Mnangagwa much reign on.
