Kennedy Kaitano  | On 14 December 2017, the Zanu PF mouthpiece, The Herald exposed The Commander-in-Chief and our dear President of the Republic of Zimbabwe when it reported that “President Emmerson Mnangagwa yesterday said he has a list of individuals and corporates that externalised money and the culprits will be dealt with if they fail to repatriate the money within the prescribed three months”. The statement was made when the Dear President was addressing the 107th Session of the Zanu-pf Central Committee meeting in Harare

I am not very familiar with the law around externalisation of money, but our dear President, being a lawyer, obviously knows better. He would not have taken the step to ask for individuals and corporates to return money they have externalised if there wasn’t a law around that.

What becomes very clear to suffering Zimbabweans and the world at large is that the majority of these funds externalizers are members of his Lacoste Function of Zanu PF, and he still needs them to campaign for them in the coming elections, regardless of how corrupt they are, so he cannot afford to embarrass them by getting them arrested the same way he arranged for G40 leader Ignatius Chombo to be arrested.

People of Zimbabwe, let us know that we are being taken for a ride by our Gukurahundist President Comrade Emmerson Mnangagwa. I appeal to all well meaning Zimbabweans, including those with a brain to think things through within Zanu PF, particularly the G40 members, to vote against Emmerson Mnangagwa in the 2018 harmonised elections. Surely, how can a country succeed led by a President who discriminates even within his own party? Imagine if Chombo had externalized money and our Dear President has a list with all the names of the looters, he would have been answering to those charges in court right now. Unfortunately, the externalizers are the untouchable members of Team Lacoste who are his pillars of support. If you doubt that, just think of Magura Charumbira who has been extorting money from poor residents of Bulawayo, terrorising them at will, and he is still running free.

People of Zimbabwe, let us say enough is enough. Once beaten twice shy, let us not allow our lives to be ruined by pretend leaders who shade crocodile tears at our suffering like our Dear President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
