Staff Reporter| Defence Forces Commander Constantino Chiwenga called journalists to a special press conference at Josiah Magama Tongogara barracks slated for 9.30 am today, Monday.

It was still not clear at the time of writing what he is to publicly announce.
The meeting was scheduled to begin 50 minutes ago.
But by 9.50am the meeting was still to convene. The latest indication by 9.55am was that Chiwenga might not appear in person and his statement will likely be read by another officers –
