By Own Correspondent| Over 4 million registered voters have so far checked their registration status and details, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) has said.
The country’s elections body revealed that to date, a total of 3 256 440 prospective voters had received bulk SMS detailing their registration details while 819 935 registered voters had used the USSD code *265# to check for their BVR details.
“As at May 24 2018, 4 770 405 people have so far checked their registration status while 694 030 have physically inspected the voters roll,” revealed the ZEC.
