cleaning streets.

ZEC and the Constitutional Court must clear their mess. ED got 3 different wrong results in one election as if he was 3 candidates or he contested in 3 elections.

The inflation started affecting results. Advocate Thabani Mpofu asked a very simple question to the ConCourt judges:

“If we are to say the first respondent won the elections, how many votes did he get?”

There was quietness in court for about 3 minutes. ZEC, Emmerson Mnangagwa’s lawyers and 12 or 13 judges failed to answer that question.

Chief Justice Luke Malaba declared ED the winner without answering the question. It was a dangerous and careless decision to
declare the winner without answering
this petinent question.

The markets, economy, bond notes, RTGS, FDIS and mega deals are waiting for the answer!
