Zimbabwe Protection Forum,a non organization which represent the voice of voiceless,would like to advise the government and the entire nation that Chitungwiza residents are living in darkness for the past 61 hours.

This is contrary to the what the Minister’s policy of an 18hr or 24 hr loading shedding.

Our organization will be approaching the courts and if possible will loby the residents to demonstrate against this move.

Many residents are loosing their electrical gadgets because Zesa is not advising the residents time tables when they are switching off their electricity and this will lead to destroying of Fridges, T V sets and most of residents perishable products are going bad.

As an organization which represent residents we are deeply concerned with this carelessness by Zesa and we demand the Minister of the relevant department to look into this matter seriously. These incidents are happening every week
