By A Correspondent- Justice David Mangota has dismissed two MDC Alliance High Court spoliation applications over the illegal takeover of Harvest House by a faction of the party led by Dr Thokozani Khupe.

The development comes as the MDC Alliance led by Nelson Chamisa challenged the move by the security forces to seize the party’s headquarters Morgan Tsvangirai House and hand it over to Douglas Mwonzora and his Khupe faction on June 4 2020.
