Below are unchallenged leaked WhatsApp chats between CIO Minister Owen Ncube and Norton MP Temba Mliswa’s Ex girlfriend Susan Mutami earlier this month just before the two (Mliswa and Mutami) had split. The CIO minister has been reached for a comment, several times over the last two weeks but declined commenting, refusing to challenge the allegations. Miss Mutami has also been reached for comment but declined commenting following a full 1 hour press conference, plus several calls to her, one of which she briefly answered and then audibly dropped the call.
