Tinashe Sambiri| Three MDC Alliance members were arrested in Mabvuku on Saturday for patching a damaged road.

The three, Millicent Mbundira, Mavis Katuka and Linda Mbundira are expected to appear in court on Friday.

“Zimbabwe Republic Police in Mabvuku have arrested 3 MDC Alliance members:
-Millicent Mbundira,
-Mavis Katuka and Linda Mbundira for pothole patching in Mabvuku Ward 19.

They are all detained at Mabvuku Police Station. ZLHR has been advised of the arrest.

This is out of order, they should be commended not arrested for doing some community good acts.
They are expected to appear in court on Friday,” the MDC Alliance said in a statement.
