JUST IN: Allan Moyo Bail Hearing Postponed Again

By A Correspondent| High Court judge, Justice Webster Chinamora has postponed to Thursday, Allan Moyo’s bail hearing, further delaying his freedom by another day.

Moyo, a University of Zimbabwe student leader has been languishing in remand prison for the past 72 days following his arrest in December last year.

According to the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights, a Law officer from the National Prosecuting Authority asked the court to postpone hearing of Allan’s appeal to Friday.

Justice Chinamora ordered the state to file its response to Moyo’s bail appeal by 12 PM on Thursday.

Moyo was arrested and charged for allegedly stating that President Emmerson Mnangagwa had mismanaged Zimbabwe’s political and economic affairs.
