It is quite unfortunate that those who advocate for judiciary independence are victimised by the clueless regime for speaking truth to power. Mdc Alliance Namibia is absolutely infuriated that the objective Judge Erica Ndewere has been found guilty on two trumped up charges by the captured tribunal court which takes instructions from Zanupf morons.

Mdc Alliance Namibia Rundu Branch salutes Justice Erica Ndewere since she epitomises a serious resistance to judiciary capture.

Mdc Alliance Namibia has the conviction that Justice Erica Ndewere’s fight against judicial capture is a People’s fight for; 2.6 million voters whose will for complete socio-economic transformation was subverted by captured courts. We saw the Constitutional Court fight against the People’s Vote when they voted for the change that delivers. Our committed Judge was found guilty of supporting citizens who were unjustly convicted through summary over January 2019 stay away. The people of Zimbabwe are being jailed illegally for demanding justice and equality in Zimbabwe. Activists are denied their basic human freedoms through Zanupf-controlled courts.
