By Farai D Hove | One could hear a tiny pin drop inside the Harare International Conference Centre today when the Minister of Women and Youth Affairs, Sithembiso Nyoni announced saying Vice President Constantino Chiwenga “is well known for his discipline.”

The word discipline appears to carry with it millions of meanings and it once got Foreign Affairs Minister SB Moyo in media-trouble with British journalists at the Chatham House thinktank in London.

But Minister Nyoni spoke loudly saying, “our Vice President Chiwenga is well known for his discipline,” when she was announcing his rising to the podium during the opening of the Zimbabwe Women’s Bank. WATCH THE LIVE VIDEO BELOW:
