By Paul Nyathi| Despite failure in the end, a ‪Zambian court briefly put on halt Tendai Biti’s deportation back to Zimbabwe after the Zambian government refused to grant him political asylum on Wednesday.

According to international laws on asylum of the country denies him asylum they should allow him to go to another country and not deport him to the country he is fleeing from.

The court will decide on Thursday on how to handle the matter.
