Farai Dziva|MDC official Antony Taruvinga has called for Douglas Mwonzora’s dismissal from the opposition party.

Taruvinga believes Mwonzora has become a liability to the party.

“I do not know why Mwonzora is still a member of the party up to this hour but whatever the reason, the cost, by far, outweighs the reason. Total long term liability,” argued Taruvinga.

His sentiments were echoed by Munashe Mhondoro: Douglas Mwonzora, has been a big liability to our party for a long time now, since congress, he must go, for sure he will go, if he crossed the red line. Period.

However Charles Ndlovu argued:
Are you saying Mwonzora is now the enemy ? Are you saying Jonathan Moyo has now become a saint ? Are you saying Mwonzora is now a sworn enemy of the party ahead of Zanu PF and ED ? I fail to understand this .
