By Dorrothy Moyo| The State Media has reported that President Emmerson Mnangagwa was mob-lynched by investors at the South African embassy yesterday. But a different story is coming from critics.

There were more ZANU supporters than investors at the function, quips in MDC National Executive member Chalton Hwende. His views are echoed by many other analysts from the opposition party. Many of these so called investors in fact included fraud convict, Wicknell Chivayo. “This fat guy pictured today in SA meeting ED is not an Investor but a thief”, says Hwende… – (ALSO WATCH THE VIDEOS BELOW) Chivayo stole hundreds of thousands of Rands, has a 5 year sentence on his head, and yet after his release, the government run ZESA dished $1 billion of tenders into his hands.

  1. And you can tell just by looking at the picture or what? Many of those hardworking supporters in SA want to invest “back home”.

  2. Are those investors ,if so what’s their investment areas ,what business do they intend to do. I don’t smell investors in that picture.

  3. When zimeye and MDC has been beaten they should admit or organise their own event. This trying to pretend a successful event did not happen or was not successful is idiotic

  4. Which journalist should we trust if lies are spread from their camp? The investor gathering is soiled by the presence of high profile thieves, so is the news media fraternity defiled by liars.

  5. Naive yeiko Ras. Supporters who missed the “march” ya November suddenly have a chance to meet the man and what do you expect them to do? To give way to “investors”? Ko pane ma give way sign here pa meeting dzacho?

  6. I think he’s referring to those people in the picture, at the gate, trying to get in. You can’t be that naive, bro

  7. “Real” investors? What are they? If Gwanda born Billionaire Maphosa was there, how many others were? If one hundred Zimbos in SA garner their earnings and decide to invest back home, what do we call them? Are investors always foreign? Kungobvunzawo hangu kkkkkk
