The investigation into Harare preacher prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa’s miracle for belly fat claim took a twist Wednesday morning when the husband of a woman the preacher said he healed of belly fat told ZimEye.com his wife never had the condition.
A UFIC churchman contacted ZimEye.com Wednesday morning arguing that Makandiwa of a truth cured people of belly-fat in April and the woman in a red dress appearing in the video(below) was healed before his eyes after he drove her from Kwekwe.

The man said to be Mr. Joseph Muza whose number was provided by the churchman (the latter who asked not to be named), also revealed to ZimEye his wife has never informed him about ever being prayed for by Makandiwa since the church service held in April.
He was asked to confirm if it is true that the woman in a red dress is indeed his wife when he replied saying, “Ah ndofunga ehe but ndo church yaanopinda kwaMakandiwa ikoko.”
When pressed further on the wife’s alleged belly fat condition, he replied saying
“Ah vanga vasati vandizivisa- Oh no she had not told me yet.”
He was then asked to confirm if he lives with his wife to which he replied saying he is still fully married and lives with her but he was at present in Hurungwe.
Has your wife ever had a fat belly?, our reporter continued asking to which the man replied saying ,

FYI if you want a proof, in 2013 Prophet E Makandiwa attended Apostle Guti’s birthday celebrations and the Apostle asked him to heal the sick. If you watched it or can find someone who watched it live, was that stage managed? If he demonstrated power when he was just asked to pray for the sick khonapho khonapho, what makes him then stage manage healing in a live service? If you would want to be fair you would research on the episode i am referring to and correct your mindset. If Apostle Guti allowed a man you call is devil used to heal the sick at his function, how come most of you accepts him as a man of God. At the same birthday celebration Baba Guti told delegates that Prophet Makandiwa was the prophet for this generation. Thats my submissions lets reason together
Iwe unoda kunamatirwa here ipapo, saka dont think kuti its simply going to the hospital and pray for the people. A true man of God prays for those who are in need of his prayer only. We in Zimbabwe are of different faiths and we cant just lay hands anyhow. Even Jesus healed people who wanted the healing from him, he never imposed it on anyone. Point of correction, from the time i started going to UFIC i never got poorer but instead i became richer than before. I can point to a better life than i lived before joining UFIC both physically and spiritually. I can not cover for him because there is nothing worthy covering but am telling the truth to those who may appreciate the truth not foolish speculation by men and women of excitable characters.
Why cant he go to the hospitals to heal the sick? Pray for those you are dying to possibly enter the kingdom of Heaven.

Why do you want him to go to hospital, is it proper to force his faith on people in hospital in order to water your skepticism. All the miracles which Jesus performed were some of them not recorded? Paul’s ministry were miracles not recorded? Can the man of god go cure those in hospital, why cameras with him, why the crowd, Jesus did miracles and he never made it public, instead He told the healed to go in silence and praise the Lord. This is stage planned, dont fool people.
