APOLOGY – Rufaro Mubvuta
20 June 2016
An article on the ZimEye website on 18th May 2014 titled “UK: Zim Nurse ‘Fodged Corpses as Live HumanBeings 3 Weeks After Death” referred to Miss Rufaro Mubvuta, a UK based nurse.
We have since established that the UK Daily Mail published false and misleading information that led to Miss Mubvuta’s name being printed in the article and words ascribed against her conduct. The Nursing and Midwivery Council has communicated that there is neither charge nor case against Miss Mubvuta.
We apologise to Miss Mubvuta for any embarrassment caused. We wish to extend to Miss Mubvuta our sincerest regrets.

How can you a story from whatever source and post it without verifying with the concerned persons. If your ethics do not change you can expect a lot more of these cases. Simple Basic journalism rules. Your appetite for sensationalizing stories will always give u these kind of results.
