Terrence Mawawa,Masvingo| The ruling party Zanu PF has seized council properties to use them as polling centres during its primary elections, it has emerged.

Council sources have revealed the revolutionary party has not paid a single cent to use the properties.

” Zanu PF is using City Council properties for its primary elections and nothing has been paid to the local authority.

Political parties are supposed to hire council facilities like Mucheke Hall,Civic Centre Hall,Building Brigade and schools,” council sources said.
