Disgruntled aspiring Zanu PF candidates in the primary elections have accused National Political Commissar, Englebert Rugeje of flouting electoral procedures.

Irate party officials who spoke to ZimEye.com last night blamed Rugeje for what they described as “glaring fumbling with key voting procedures.”

“I will lodge a formal complaint with the Commissariat.
Rugeje ruined the whole process,” said a Gutu based Zanu PF Official.

“The guy(Rugeje) is totally confused and he is responsible for the chaotic scenario.

He is actually destroying the party so he must be stopped,” fumed a Zanu PF MP.
