By A Correspondent| The below is a run up update on the donations towards the funeral of a Zimbabwean male (trainee) nurse who was found dead (hanging) inside a toilet.

Mr. Nelson Ndlovu, a trainee nurse at York University was found hanging by his young son.

A friend in an announcement said “I have known Nelson for 23yrs and he just turned 44yrs on the 13/5/18. Few hours before his death I spoke to him on his mobile, and he was looking forward to complete his dissertation and graduate from York university. He never indicated or shown any sign of distress. He left no note or clue to why he decided to take his own life.”

The latest update states that the amount raised so far is a little over £3,265.00.

Wrote Mr Lacoste Lebelelang: “No words can ever thank you enough for your generosity and kindness of love towards Nelson’s two children, wifey and the family. from the Bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you, thank you for all your donation.

“We are halfway in achieving our goal. Total cost will be close to £9K so your support made a significant difference in helping the family.”
