By Paul Nyathi|Self exiled former Minister of Higher Education Professor Jonathan Moyo has openly called on Zimbabweans not to vote for President Emmerson Mnangagwa in the same way the President lost elections to the opposition MDC in previous elections in Kwekwe Constituency parliamentary elections.

In a Twitter post on Thursday, Professor Moyo called on Zimbabweans to vote SMART in direct reference to the MDC Alliance manifesto.

“Be SMART on 30 July as was #BlessingChebundo when he gallantly #KwekwED the unelectable Emmerson Mnangagwa in the 2000 & 2005 elections!

#HandeyiKwekwe #KwekweHimJuly30,” wrote Moyo on his Twitter page.

Mnangagwa lost consecutive elections to MDC’s candidate Blessing Chebudo in Kwekwe Central Constituency in the 2000 and 2005 elections.
