By Paul Nyathi| The Gogo who was caught on camera dancing for MDC Alliance President Nelson Chamisa has won a R50,000 grant.

A South African donor contacted ZimEye making the announcement late Sunday evening.

The gogo, whose name was not revealed at the time of writing, is seen in the below video dancing for Chamisa:

The donor has since requested for gogo’s phone numbers and ZimEye will be following the development.

The donor is a businessman based in Sandton, South Africa.

He wrote:

“Hello Zim Eye.

“Do you by any chance have an idea who Gogo is or how I may be in touch with her relatives or anyone in the structures of MDC in that area?

“I would want to do something for Gogo. I just want to make a donation of R50,000 towards her welfare.
