By Own Correspondent| The MDC T led by Dr Thokozani Khupe has ruled out the possibility of reuniting with the MDC T led by Advocate Nelson Chamisa ahead of the watershed polls adding that the Dr Khupe led faction was the real MDC T whose presidential candidate would romp to victory come July 30.

Addressing journalists at the party’s offices in Belvedere, Harare, spokesperson of the MDC T led by Dr Khupe, Linda Masarira said her party had no intentions of re uniting with the MDC  Alliance since the party was now focusing on marketing their presidential candidate to the electorate as the election date draws near.

“This is a watershed for the people of Zimbabwe and Dr Khupe is our candidate. We are aware that certain individuals are sending out a wrong message to the people saying we are re uniting with the MDC Alliance.

We want to categorically state that we do not have such intentions as we are the real MDC T.  Any overtures by our erstwhile comrades will not yield any success as we are now focusing on campaigning than anything else. President Khupe remains the true and real leader of the party,” said Masarira.
