Controversial Zanu PF legislator for Goromonzi West and Deputy Minister of Information, Energy Mutodi has once again caused a stir on Twitter after he accused the opposition MDC run Harare City Council PF ‘breeding’ cholera and typhoid.

Mutodi who on Monday threatened MDC Alliance Presidential candidate, Nelson Chamisa with violence accused opposition Councillors of sleeping on the job, urging residents to boot them out.

Cholera Alert! As we have always said, MDC councils are breeding homes for cholera, typhoid & other waterborne diseases. It’s happening in Harare of all the towns. MDC counselors are sleeping on the job. It’s high time residents say enough is enough & boot them out.
