By Farai D Hove| Barely 50 days after the just ended disputed election, ZANU PF leader, Emmerson Mnangagwa has launched plans to build a massive spaghetti road junction in the capital, Harare.
A tender advertisement seen below outlines the plans while calling for application submissions.
The advert comes against the backdrop of horrific potholes across the capital city, and massive corruption that has ripped through all tender processes and seen well known fraudsters winning multi billionaire contracts. Will Mnangagwa make it?
