By Paul Nyathi|Independent Member of Parliament for Norton Temba Mliswa has been reappointed as the Chairperson of the Mines and Minerals Parliamentary portfolio committee.

Mliswa who chaired the committee towards the end of the 8th parliament earned people’s hearts when he led the investigations on the missing $15 billion dollars diamonds revenue.

While the Speaker of Parliament was announcing him as the Committee Chairperson at parliament, Mliswa was in Bulawayo attending the Zimbabwe Alternative Mining Indaba.
