By A Correspondent| “The easiness of the granting access (LIVE streaming of Tendai Biti’s court case) raises suspicion. Just like the publicity with the constitutional case, we might have a repeat,” commented Itai Dzamara’s lawyer Advocate Kennedy Masiye.
When further asked by ZimEye, Advocate Masiye said there are numerous other court cases lawyers have requested to be televised and none of these have been allowed. Only two cases have been allowed: first the constitutional court challenge by Nelson Chamisa in August and the only other one being the state against Tendai Biti which resumes today at 9am.
