Jane Mlambo| Former ZANU PF kingpin Jonathan Moyo has warned the opposition MDC to guard against complacency following the Bulawayo council by-election in which a ruling party candidate emerged the winner.

Writing on Twitter today, Moyo said the electoral loss for MDC is a wake up call.
