By Own Correspondent- Popular traditional healer, Sekuru Ndunge Makuyana, who died on Monday after a long battle with diabetes will be buried today at his homestead in South-downs.

He was 87.

His body was collected at Chipinge District Hospital mortuary yesterday night at around 7pm.

Scores of mourners comprising local sangomas, business people and relatives are in Chipinge for the funeral of one of Zimbabwe’s popular traditional healers whose powers lured the high and mighty in Zimbabwe.

Unconfirmed reports alleged that some senior politicians and church leaders and pastors discretely visited the renowned traditional healer for juju in order to be popular.
