Below are responses from NetOne customers:
Hybatroy Muchabaiwa:
You do not have a good position as far as market share is concerned, you were miles behind Econet your lines ainyadzisa kuve naro achinzi ndeemasabhuku.

You introduced the onefusion product which was a noble idea but you failed to market it then you decided to use the suffering children of Zimbabwe you recruited as many as you can and gave them fake promises.

They worked very hard walking very long distances and going home at night 9.00 hrs with a dollar or less in hand. They knocked at every gate and every car window while some were even abused in the field.

Maxwell Gwanzura:
I can’t and I will not use my Econet Data on Your survey I’m sorry.
If you were genuine in your consultations, you should have done that “survey” before hiking tariffs.

If you check you’ll notice that ever since you hiked tariffs, many of us never purchased any Net1 product.

As for my line I don’t mind if you close it down now! This Institutional arrogance makes me sick to my stomach especially considering that it’s being done by a state entity.
Munobhowa fani!
