Jane Mlambo| High court Judge Tawanda Chitapi has granted bail to five of the seven activists arrested in connection with attempting to subvert a constitutional government.

In passing his ruling Chitapi said the state had erred in arresting them without investigations.

He added that they were not informed of their crimes when they were arrested which is against their rights.

Chitapi also said there was no compelling evidence that they will interfere with state witness considering that the state had told the court its evidence was in their confiscated gadgets.
