Tatamburawo paGutu Mission Hospital, Masvingo Province because of the following issues
1.There was target approach funds funded by the government in 2013 which were being misused. The rehab dpt yakaputswa up to now inongova foundation hapana kana kuvakwa chinhu.
2.Grant remvura rakauya and was misused, only Jojo tanks were bought, there is still no running water in the hospital and staff houses. Matron Nyakudzi and the administrator Abiot Masinire are bragging kutoti vakadya mari. Patients are even fetching water from nearby contaminated dam and villages.
3.There is misuse of the hospital vehicle by Administrator Masinire for his own benefit achitakura cement dzekuvaka kumba kwake.

10.We are denied to wear Scrub uniforms by the matron.
