Lewis Matutu Attacks Sikhala For Making “Treasonous Remarks”
8 July 2019
Farai Dziva|Zanu youth leader Lewis Matutu has accused MDC official Job Sikhala of making “highly treasonous” remarks.
Matutu was commenting on remarks Sikhala allegedly made at a rally in Bikita.
Matutu claimed that Sikhala’s strong language was highly confrontational.
“When a person says he or she wants to overthrow a constitutionally-elected President, he or she is committing an offence.
They are threatening a coup, this will not be allowed in this country. We love our peace and it will be protected,” claimed Matutu.
Sikhala is yet to respond to the accusations.
