Law Professor, Professor Lovemore Madhuku has said the jailed Minister Prisca Mupfumira cannot get any bail for the next 21 days.

He said the state has been very creative in slapping her with the 21 day slab.

Speaking just after she was denied bail, Prof Madhuku said, “she will not be allowed to apply for bail until after the 21 days. In this case, the state has been very creative in using this provision.”
