We are in Capetown, South Africa and we are not happy with how we are being treated by personnel from Chihwa bus service that plies the Harare CapeTown route.

The people there are taking money from people saying they can send groceries back home but for your goods to go, you have to bribe someone again or else your goods don’t go even if you would have paid.

Can someone help us please because these people are seriously shortchanging us although we would have paid the required money.
