By A Correspondent- There are calls on social media to arrest a Harare man pictured dumping garbage at an undesignated area.

The person who took the picture has appealed to the Harare City Council to take swift action for the transgression.

Saw this Fortuner AEF 2533 dump a trailer of rubbish into the open area along Hogerty Hill this morning. Can we have him prosecuted?
