By Farai D Hove| ZANU PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa has twice announced that created a new corruption.
While addressing an Transparency International meeting in December, he literally repeated saying that he created a new corruption while referring to the new Zimbabwe Anti-corruption commission.
Was this a slip of the tongue or a blast of the truth?
He said he created a “new corruption”, and then once again repeated while calling it “a new corruption.
His comments come at a time when the ZACC was being criticised for pursuing a selective agenda.
