Farai Dziva|Police in Masvingo have launched a massive crackdown on MDC members perceived to be the facilitators of the Job Sikhala Solidarity march.

Police details today visited former Masvingo Central MP Jeffryson Chitando’s house and instructed him to accompany them to Masvingo Central Police station.

“Officers from the Law and Order Section (eight males and one female) have come my house to take me to their office but I refused to board the an unregistered car.

I am on my way to Law and Order Office now.

Advocate Mureri has asked me to come through his place so that he will accompany me to Law and Order offices,” said Chitando.
