By Jane Mlambo| Controversial ZEC Chairperson, Priscilla Chigumba and his Chief staffer Utoile Silaigwana are currently in South Africa where they are attending a conference on the impact of social media on electoral integrity in Africa.

Posting on its Twitter account, ZEC said the conference will equip the two with knowledge on harnessing social media.
