By Jane Mlambo| South Africa has recorded 31 new coronavirus cases to put the total number of infected persons as 1686, according to health minister Dr Zweli Mkhize.

“As at today, the total number of confirmed #COVID19 cases is 1686. This is an increase of 31 from the previously reported cases,” said Mkhize.
