Transform Zimbabwe leader Jacob Ngarivhume has been denied bail for the third time with Magistrate Trainos Utahwashe saying the changed circumstances were not sufficient to guarantee public safety.

Ngarivhume has hoped from Harare Magistrates Court to High Court and back to Magistrates Court seeking bail but all to no avail.

He has been remanded in custody to September 4. bail.”
