Farai Dziva|MDC-Alliance Mashonaland West Province has described the brutal murder of party councillor Lavendar Chiwaya as shocking.

Chiwaya was murdered by suspected government agents on Thursday night.

We are receiving shocking news of the death of Hurungwe Central Chairperson and Hurungwe Central urban Ward 4 Councilor Cllr Lavender Chiwaya.

We are suspecting foul play in his death, hence we will release a comprehensive press Statement soon after the post-mortem.

In the interim, I am humbly calling upon all our esteemed members to stop commenting on this until after the postmortem has been completed.
