A threat is no crime in Zimbabwe or anywhere in the world, and govt officials can be both insulted and threatened with legals at any time (especially when they are committing or aiding crime,)how do you explain such ignorance? HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO BE RESPECTED AS POLICE OFFICERS?
