By James Gwati- A Zanu PF Chiredzi West Member of Parliament, Farai Musikavanhu said the eviction of 12 000 villagers from his constituency fulfils his party’s vision 2030.
Musikavanhu, who is supposed to defend the forced eviction of his people said the government has the right to displace them and replaces them with the cattle project.
“ The people of Chiredzi West (where Chilonga is located) elected a representative to promote and protect their interests. Their legislator is, Hon Farai Musikavanhu who in this clip weighs in to give his support to the Lucerne Project which he says is good for his community,” said Nick Mangwana, the ministry of information permanent secretary in a tweet bearing a video clip he recorded Musikavanhu.
